  2. Ingredients
    6 oz butter (unsalted and softened)
    1 cup erythritol
    3 eggs
    1/3 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
    6 oz dark chocolate at least 85% cocoa solids, (melted)
    3/4 cup almond flour


    *Preheat oven to 180°C
    *Melt the chocolate,
    *Blend the very soft or melted butter, erythritol, eggs and cocoa powder with a blender or food processor
    *Add the melted chocolate and almond flour and mix until you have a thick and smooth batter.
    *Fill the batter into the brownie molder and smoothen the top. Bake 25 minutes or until the top is firm.

    keto Caramel :
    4 cups whipping cream
    1/2 cup erythritol
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tbsp pink salt
    Mix all ings. except baking soda in a pan and heat over medium. once it starts to boil turn heat to low and allow it to simmer until its reduced a bit then add baking soda and allow to simmer until it becomes the consistency you are looking for.
    *Note when you add baking soda it will rise so make sure you keep mixing it. 😘🙂
