  2. Ingredients:
    1 whole chicken
    2 tbsp butter
    Black pepper
    White pepper
    Red chili powder or cayenne pepper
    Italian seasoning
    1 tbsp Lemon juice
    2 crushed garlic cloves
    2 small zucchini
    2 small green bell pepper

    For stuffing the chicken:
    A quarter onion
    1 lemon cut in half
    4-5 garlic cloves
    Rosemary leaves

    First I make sure to pat dry the chicken because that makes the skin extra crispy.
    Took 2 tbsp of butter and rubbed it all over the chicken. You can always use olive oil too but I like butter more. Then rubbed the spices and some lemon juice, all over the chicken.

    Place it on a baking pan and put in a pre-heated oven (180degrees Celsius) for 1.5 hours. Around 45 minutes in I took out the pan and added cut up zucchini and green bell pepper to the pan and mixed it around with the juices. Make sure to use a spoon or a dropper to add the juices to the chicken so it doesn’t dry out. Then place the pan back in the oven till the time is up.
