  2. Re posting with the entire recipe as a few of you did like it but the format was terrible so here it is for clarity,

    Ingredients:

    * 1 Cup Heavy Cream
    * 2 Tbs Vanilla Extract
    * 6 Tbs Erythritol
    * 2 Tbs Almond Flour
    * 2 Tbs Coconut Flour
    * 4 Tbs of Oil ( can be canola, coconut, MCT, doesn’t matter)
    * 1 Large Egg
    * 1/4 tbs Baking soda
    * 1/4 tbs Cinnamon (optional)
    * 5 oz Fresh Strawberries

    *as far as sweetener and extract its to whatever your preferred level of sweetness is these are just what i personally used*

    Instructions:

    Whipped Cream

    * In a large bowl combine heavy cream and 1 of 2 of the tbs of vanilla extract and 2 tbs of sweetener
    * whisk together until no longer liquid and has a nice thick form

    Strawberry Sauce

    * Chop up strawberries into quarter sized pieces and combine with 2 tbs of sweetener in a hot pan
    * reduce the mixture until a syrup like texture is consistent and let cool in the fridge

    Vanilla Mug Cake

    * In a large coffee mug or ceramic up combine all the dry ingredients with the last two tbs of sweetener
    * mix in the egg, extract, and oil until a batter like consistency
    * the batter will be more or less dry depending on your preference and amount of oil you use
    * microwave between 60-90 seconds

    Plating

    * i prefer my cake cold so after allowing to cool cut the cake out of the mug by running a knife along the inner circumference of the mug
    * place on a plate
    * lather with strawberries and finally the whipped cream

    Macros:

    Total Calories (assuming you only put 2-3 tbs of the whipped topping):

    955 Calories

    * 17 g Net Carbs
    * 27 g Total Carbs
    * 87 g Fat
    * 13 g protein

  3. Can you please clarify how you get that high of a calorie count with only 2-3 tablespoons of the whipped cream? If you would use all of the whipped cream, I get it, because a cup of heavy cream is over 800 calories. But not using the whole cup should be considerably less. Unless, I’m missing something.
