  2. So I tried testing a theory I had about my bread bowl batter, and my results were amazing!!! Carb manager indicates 2.8g net carbs, my recipe indicates 2 servings!!!!
    I made red velvet cake!!!! A thousand yummies!!!!! 2 servings
    4tbsp almond flour
    1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 1/2 tbsp butter softened
    1 egg
    2 tbsp swerve( sweetner of choice)
    1tsp of vanilla extract
    Red food coloring a squirt!!!!
    Mix all ingredients together and divide into two servings, microwave for 60 secs, or more depending on your microwave. Cut each serving in half and layer as a cake using frosting..
    1 ounce cream cheese
    3tbsp heavy whipping cream
    2tbsp swerve( sweetner of choice)
