  2. Ingredients:

    1 Portobello

    Stilton cheese

    Little pieces of bacon (for which there is probably an English word but idk)

    Garlic, as much as you like

    Parsley

    Salt & pepper

    Olive oil

    1: heat the oven to 200° C

    2: put oil on the Portobello

    3: put Portobello in oven for 10 minutes

    4: fry the bacon

    5: take Portobello from oven

    6: cover with garlic, bacon, stilton, parsley, salt and pepper

    7: put back in the oven for 4 minutes

    It’s an easy breakfast dish. Leave out the bacon and it’s a perfect vegetarian dish. And it’s very tasty!
