  2. I woke up very hungry this morning and after breakfast of eggs and cucumber, I still had hunger pangs. Waiting for lunch time and wondering what to eat, the devil whispered in my ears “small chops”. My mind instantly went to hot puff puff. I rebuked the devil and went to research on keto buns. This is what I came up with. Couldn’t wait for lunch time. Had 3 of it and I’m full already.

    Almond flour
    1 Egg
    1 tablespoon butter
    Stevia to sweeten
    Baking powder.

    Mixed all together to get a thick consistency and fried in coconutoil on very low heat.
