  2. Fairly simple really:
    Large handful (or two) of mixed salad leaves
    Sliced cucumber, quartered
    Half an avocado, diced
    4-5 cherry tomatoes, cut into 4’s
    Fetta (I usually use three slices and cut them into chunks)
    Vinaigrette dressing
    Parma ham, or anything similar, on the side.

    Every bite is a different combination of flavours and textures, I love it, usually have it a couple times a week, it never seems to get boring.
