  2. Kickin Chicken & Cabbage

    – 1/2 Cup butter (1 stick)
    – 4 oz cream cheese
    – 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese
    – 1 Cup heavy cream
    – 1 Tablespoon kickin chicken seasoning
    – 1 Tablespoon parsley
    – 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
    – 1/2 teaspoon pepper
    – 24 oz cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
    – 16 oz raw cabbage cut into bite sized pieces
    – 8 oz fresh diced tomato
    – 1 Cup mozzarella cheese


    In a small pot, melt butter and cream cheese together on medium-low heat until butter is bubbly and cream cheese is soft. Add heavy cream and Parmesan and cook on medium heat until a thick cheesy sauce forms. Don’t let it boil. If you have clumps from the cream cheese, use a whisk. Add the kickin chicken seasoning, parsley, garlic salt, and pepper, stir well and remove from heat.

    In a large bowl, combine chicken, cabbage, tomato, and cheese sauce. Mix well and place in a 9×13 baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top. Bake for 30 minutes at 375°. Let sit for 15 minutes before eating. Serves 6
