  2. This meal is great for a light refreshing lunch or even snack!

    1/4 of Med. white onion diced,
    1 med. tomato diced,
    1 tbsp of chopped cilantro,
    1/2 med. avocado diced,
    1 can of tuna in water drained,
    2 pinches of garlic powder,
    3 pinches of salt,
    1 tbsp of ketchup,
    1 tsp of olive oil,
    2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce,
    3 dashes of favorite hot sauce,
    1/2 lime squeezed,

    One you have all ingredients ready, mix in a bowl thoroughly and adjust salt and heat to taste.

    Serving suggestions: You can cut jicama into slices and use slices as tostadas serving tuna pico on top. You can peel, slice in half lengthwise, and hallow out the seeds of a cucumber and use it as a taco shell for your tuna pico. Or you can serve your tuna pico on Romain lettuce tacos!
