  2. **Ingredients**

    * 2 oz baking chocolate (bakers style, unsweetened chocolate)
    * 1 tbsp almond flour
    * 2 oz butter
    * 2 eggs
    * 4 tbsp confectioners erythritol


    1. Pre-heat an oven to 350.
    1. Heat the chocolate and butter in the microwave in 15-second increments until completely melted.
    1. In a mixer, beat the eggs until fluffy.
    1. Combine all ingredients in your mixer until combined.
    1. Divide the batter into 2 ramekins and bake for 10-12 minutes until set but still jiggly on top.

    Note: If you intent to serve out of the ramekin, be sure to grease well.
