    How cute are these gummies!? Super easy to make too!

    10.1 g sugarfree raspberry jello

    7g unflavored gelatin

    1/4 cup cold water

    2TB heavy cream

    Combine all in a small sauce pan over low heat until thoroughly dissolved. Then pour into gummy bear molds and let chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

    **Makes 50! One serving is half a batch (25) and has 3g protein, 0.01g net carb, 20 calories, 0 fat.**

    Not a health food but satisfies the candy cravings.

  3. Do you need to keep them in the fridge because of the cream or is it okay to leave them out?

    Really want to make creamy gummies. Like green tea ones and maybe some coconut chai flavor.

  4. Just made these in three flavors for my wife’s birthday, along with the keto cheesecake someone posted. Store didn’t have bear molds, but I found robots!! All of them are in the fridge chilling now… I hope they all work out. 😂
