  2. **Ingredients : (Take as per your Macros)** 

    150gm Paneer,

    200gm Spinach half boiled,Squize the water. 

    Almond flour 1tblsp

    Cow Ghee 2 tblsp

    Hung Curd 2 tblsp

    **Preparation** : 

    In food processor jar put all the ingredients, add salt, chilli, and some masala as per your taste, here I have just added few chillies and salt. Grind them all and it turns to thick mixture.

    Take a tawa pan, add some Ghee, add some water to the mixture as per the thickness required,pour the mixture and spread over on tawa.

    Let it cook, for 1,2 minutes, and flip on.

    Tadaaa The Paneer Spinach Chilla is ready.

    It’s supper yummy.

    Preparation time:1hours (cooked 3 meals)

    Eating Time :10mins 😜
