  2. Just simple and quick recipe and tastes yummy 😊

    **Ingredients :**

    Almond four : 1/2 cup

    Powdered Erythritol : 1 tbs

    Salt : 1/4 tsp

    Baking powder : 1/4 tsp

    Cardamom powder : 1/4 tsp (optional)

    Blanched broken almonds / cashews : 2 numbers ( optional )

    Chilled butter : 1 tbs +1 tsp


    Preheat oven @ 160 degree Celsius .

    Slightly roast the broken almond pieces in ghee and remove and set aside to cool. 

    Mix all the dry ingredients well.

    Add the chilled butter and knead to make a dough. Lastly fold in the broken ghee roasted almond pieces.

    Roll into balls and place on a lined baking tray ( I used aluminium foil) flatten cookies, using a fork.

    Bake at 170 – 180 degree Celsius for 20 minutes or adjust to suit your oven temp and size of cookies!❤❤
