  2. I weight all my ingredients for all my recipes, so calorie count will vary from the sources.

    16oz (4) Boneless Pork Chops

    8oz (2 cups) Green Beans, trimmed.

    1.5oz (¼ cup) Parmesan Cheese, finely shredded.

    2oz (1/4 cup) Shredded Parmesan Cheese.

    4 tbls Olive Oil.

    1oz (2 cloves halved) Garlic.



    1 tbsp Thyme.

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    2. In an oven-safe skillet add 2 tbls Olive Oil. Coat evenly.

    3. Salt and pepper pork chops and place in skillet.

    4. Place green beans into the open space in the skillet.

    5. Drizzle remaining olive oil over beans and chops.

    6. Spread thyme and cheese evenly over green beans and chops.

    7. Place garlic in the green beans.

    8. Place in the oven for 30 to 40 min.
