  2. Recipe for pizza dough:

2 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons of cream cheese melted in microwave (takes about 1.5 minutes)

Add to melted cheese: 3/4 cup almond flour, one egg, and Italian herbs (optional)

Mix ingredients well…you’ll have to use your hands 😂

Roll out to desired thickness between two pieces of parchment paper.

Bake on parchment paper-lined pizza pan in preheated 425 degree oven for 10 minutes.

Remove from oven and top with your favorite keto friendly toppings. Bake for another 10 minutes and it’s ready to eat!

Easy and delicious! One of my favorite Keto recipes so far! 😊

  3. I just made this. Overall turned out pretty good. I did make a mistake with the toppings though. I chopped up several large mushrooms along with some olives and pepperoni. I greatly overestimated the amount of toppings necessary. It ended up being very large and wasn’t completely cooked on the top. However, the meat was precooked and the vegetables were fine. Overall very tasty and filling. I ate half for lunch and plan to have the other half at dinner. Cheers for the recipe!
