  2. Made these for the third or fourth time tonight and thought I’d share the recipe

    – 1/2 pound chicken thighs
    – 3 tbs Franks Red Hot
    – 1 bag (2.5 cups) frozen riced cauliflower
    – 2 tbs Kraft Ranch dressing
    – 1 green onion.

    I cook the chicken through and then toss it with 2tbs of the Frank’s. Plate it on top of the cauliflower and garnish with the ranch, rest of Frank’s and chopped green onion.

    About 500 calories, 5 net carbs, 34 Protein, 34 Fat.
