  2. Keto Buffalo Chicken Cheese Dip. It is 10 out of 10 amazing! Great for parties.

    INGREDIENTS: Two cooked breast of chicken; 6 to 8 ounces of cream cheese; ½ cup of buffalo sauce; ½ cup of blue cheese dressing; ½ of cup of shredded mozzarella; 1 jalapeno pepper; any topping of your choice, i.e. green onion or mozzarella. Serves 2 people. You can add more chicken or cheese to the current serving to your liking, or you can multiply the recipe for a larger serving. Have a good low carb food ready for dipping, such as celery.

    DIRECTIONS: Set sauce pan to medium heat, cut cream cheese in cubes and add to pan. Add your buffalo sauce and wait for cream cheese to melt before stirring in your blue cheese also. After the blue cheese has been adding, wait until dip is mixed and add in your chopped chicken, chopped pepper, and mozzarella. Let the dip cook until it has a good smooth texture and remove from heat. You can add any topping such as green onion, cheese, or even bacon bits!
