  2. Beef and broccoli

    Original recipe found here:


    12 oz flank steak

    200 grams broccoli florets

    1 tbsp avocado oil

    2 tbsp soy sauce

    2 grams of sesame seeds




    Cut broccoli into bite size pieces salt and pepper
    Cut steak into small strips

    Add one tbsp of oil to a hot wok. Wait for oil to increase in temperature.Throw in and spread steak pieces to make sure they arent touching and cook evenly. Flip after a few minutes. When steak is nearly fully cooked through, add broccoli directly to pan. Stir until broccoli begins to cook. Add two tbsp of soy sauce to the wok, let the sauce marinate into the meat and broccoli. Plate and add sesame seeds on top.

  3. I think this was posted as “Keto hibachi” about a week ago and we’ve made it twice! We also added onion, mushroom, and zucchini, and some riced cauliflower underneath. So good!
