Anybody tried making homemade Greek yogurt?

I don’t know how I’d calculate the carbs if I used ultra filtered Fairlife milk and strained it to remove whey. I saw this recipe

  2. I used a mix of heavy cream, half and half, and whole milk. Filtered it by putting in cheesecloth and a strainer and letting that sit in the fridge over night. Tasted great and was very thick.

  3. I have done it using my instant pot – mix of whole milk & heavy cream. Allowed it to sit 24hours in instant pot and then overnight in fridge. It came out thick and creamy. Lactose is mostly used up during fermentation process. I usually mix in an extract – vanilla, banana etc. for added flavor.
